Where do you deliver, and how long does shipping take?
At Evoke, we offer shipping in the EU! Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey.
Please note: The shipping times above do not apply to pre-orders. If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, please check the product description for estimated shipping dates.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@evokewear.nl. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. However, once an order has been processed, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I change my order’s shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to update it. However, once an order is fulfilled, we cannot make any changes.
My package hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:
- Check your tracking link: This will give you the latest updates on your shipment.
- Verify your address: Ensure the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
- Look for delivery attempts: Check if the carrier has left a note or if the package was delivered to a neighbor.
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, contact us at info@evokewear.nl, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
Do I need to pay import fees or customs taxes?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you are within the EU, no additional customs fees apply.
